Classic Lounge will have it’s 2010 première in the Gold Foyer of Palladium, right in the centre of Malmö on the 1st of November. The first concert brings together some of the best young Baroque musicians in Malmö to present a programme of cantatas and sonatas by Rameau, Leclair, Telemann and Marais. The aim of Classic Lounge is to provide a platform for young professional musicians, while allowing audiences to enjoy high quality performances in relaxed and unusual surroundings, away from the conventional concert halls.

This year, the West Cork Chamber Music Festival will take place between the 25th of June and the 3rd of July, and I am delighted to be appearing as a soloist in four concerts, playing concertos and chamber works by Vivaldi and Telemann.

PREMIERE! Stockholm Bach Society

The newly formed Stockholm Bach Society will have it’s debut concert on Easter Sunday at 17:00 in Hedvig Eleonora Church, performing cantatas BWV 4 and BWV 66. The Society has been formed by several young Baroque musicians and singers under the leadership of Katarina Bengtson with the aim of performing all of Bach’s Catatas over the next ten years.
